My pottery will be sent using high quality compostable and recyclable packaging.
For orders under £75 shipping is charged at £4.99.
For orders of £75 or over UK shipping is Free.

I currently do not ship outside of the UK.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Breakages & Returning Items:

In the unlikely event something does get broken I will provide you a full refund. You will need to send photos of the broken pottery and the packaging as it arrived to you.
If you are unhappy with pottery for any other reason get in touch with me directly and we will work something out.

I cannot accept returns of my Nature Balm but do get in touch if you have any issues.

You, as the customer, will be responsible for the cost of returning items, please send them Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service.
