What is a balm

A balm is a natural skincare product that is designed to soothe and hydrate the skin. It is typically made from natural ingredients such as plant extracts, essential oils, and beeswax. Balms are often used to target a variety of skin conditions, including dryness, irritation, and inflammation. They can also be used to moisturise and protect the skin from outside pollutants. Nature Balm is a handmade balm that is made from 100% natural ingredients, and is designed to provide relief for dry, cracked, and irritated skin. Is your balm really 100% Natural?

YES! My balm is made with only the finest natural ingredients including essential oils, unrefined shea butter, organic beeswax & cold pressed sweet almond oil.
What happens if my balm melts or freezes?

It's absolutely fine! However, you may find that the consistency has changed a lil bit. Sometimes, the balm will become softer and creamier when it freezes and then thaws, but it is still perfectly good and safe to use. If it melts in the sun, you can still use it but I recommend storing it somewhere cool and dry and using it when it has returned to a thicker consistency.
Can I put my pot in the microwave?

Yes. But it will get hot! Make sure to use oven gloves/tea towel when lifting something out of the microwave.
Can I put my pottery in the dishwasher?

Yes. I mainly work with stoneware which can handle dishwashers without crazing, fading or any other damage!
